Bacca Pearls

I keep a pretty close eye on blogs that inspire me, checking them just about daily to see what is new in the jewelry, wedding, shopping and celebrity world. Today, I found a new blog called Wedding Chicks, who “cover weddings, accessories, design, day-of decor, DIY projects and fashion (bridal fashion to honeymoon)! The Wedding Chicks try their best to showcase beautiful up to date and original content.” What a GREAT idea!

This site will definitely become a regular on my rotation. I found them when I stumbled upon this picture,

I don’t know that the pearls are real, but isn’t this design fantastic? The necklace came from Subversive Jewelry, which features a very romantic collection of jewelry. Julya and I have been playing around with some designs that are similar, and we’ve got one planned for our fall collection (with real pearls, of course!). We love this layered look with different sizes and shapes of pearls; its dramatic but elegant - I think i’ll recreate this to wear for my sister’s rehearsal dinner this week. Keep an eye out for pictures!!!
