RETURNS
If you need to return an item for any reason, please email Caroline at caroline@baccashanghai.com to get instructions. You can elect to exchange the item or to receive a credit or refund.
Refunds will be issued so long as:
* The item is in the original condition.
* The return is made within 15 days of shipment.
* We have been in contact via email regarding your return.
Your refund will be issued in the same payment method as your purchase.
